Mr. Ryder was previously the 34th Director of the United States Mint for the U.S. Department of the Treasury. As Mint Director, he managed an organization with seven manufacturing and administrative facilities, employing 3,000 employees. He was responsible for the formulation and administration of a $700 million annual budget. Additionally, he oversaw worldwide sales and marketing programs for the Mint’s Silver and Gold bullion investment programs. Before joining the United States Mint, Mr. Ryder served as Deputy Treasurer of the United States, U.S. Department of the Treasury, providing management oversight to the U.S. Mint, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, and the U.S. Savings Bonds Division. He was also a member of the U.S. Treasury Department’s Advanced Anti-Counterfeit Deterrence Committee, which oversees U.S. currency counterfeiting issues on world markets. Other members included the United States Secret Service and the Federal Reserve Bank. Prior to joining the Treasury Department, Mr. Ryder served in President George Bush Sr.'s administration as an Assistant to the Vice President, and Deputy Chief of Staff at the White House. He also serves as a special consultant to the Silver Institute. Mr. Ryder has been with Secure Products for the past eleven years.
 
Mr. Scuilli founded Secure Products in 1993. Mr. Scuilli brings over 35 years of business experience to Secure Products and its customers. Mr. Scuilli has worked with some of the largest international manufacturing companies in the world to help them authenticate and protect documents and products. Mr. Scuilli’s duties at Secure Products include operations, sales and marketing, product development and investment. Prior to starting Secure Products, Mr. Scuilli was the President of Wm. E. Pollock & Co., Inc., a prestigious US Government
securities firm.
 
Mr. Hutchinson was previously Senior Vice President with Banknote Corporation of America, the second largest security printer in the USA, (a subsidiary of F.C. Oberthur of France, the world’s third largest security printer). Prior to joining BCA, he was Global Sales and Marketing Director of SICPA, the world’s largest security ink manufacturer. Previously he was with the DeLaRue Group, the world’s largest security printer. During his 15 years with DeLaRue, he held a number of senior management positions in Latin America and most recently, the Managing Director for DeLaRue Security Print Operations. Mr. Hutchinson has been with Secure Products for the past seven years.
 
Dr. Kane is a world-class scientist in the fields of photonics and luminescent materials, with a proven track record of innovation and significant accomplishments in converting research projects to successful commercial products. His prior experience includes over 25 years as a Senior Research Chemist with both Sarnoff Corporation and RCA Labs. He has 30 patents in the fields of phospor synthesis systems, photonics, and vapor deposition of thin films. He is the recipient of numerous professional achievement awards and is the author of over 30 technical papers.
